Well here it goes. I may have a plan of sorts.
The day before I left for South Africa I stumbled on the Website of the namibian Embassy and decided to see what was involved in getting a visa. It wasn't much, and two days later I had my very own rental car (Siegfried), and the idea to make a ride out of it. I would drive from Jo‘burg to Swakopmund, a lovely charming town right by the atlantic ocean in Namibia, or at least give it a solid effort.
